The passengers on foot access Tanger Med Port Passengers by “Tanger Med Port Center” giving direct access to the ferry terminal. The police and customs controls are done within the terminal. An intra-port shuttle service ensures the transfer of passengers on foot directly to the boarding area.

    • Arrival at the maritime station.
    • Purchase tickets and/or check-in at the ticket offices of the maritime companies.
    • Verification of boarding passes by the port authority.
    • Stamping of passports by the police services.
    • Customs control of luggage.
    • Transfer to the embarkation platform via port shuttle.
    • Last check point before boarding: Passport and boarding pass control.

The passengers with vehicles leaving Morocco access the port through the “Automobile Access” area. The purchase and confirmation of tickets is possible throughout the vehicle route. The formalities of controls (stamping of the passports) are made from the vehicles. 

    • Entry via “Automobile Access”: Dedicated parking area, ticket purchase, registration with maritime companies and return to the vehicle. 
    • Verification of boarding passes (in the vehicle) by the port authority. 
    • Stamping of passports by police services. 
    • Customs control of the vehicle and luggage. 
    • Follow the route leading to the boarding platform indicated on your boarding pass. 
    • Last check point before boarding: Passport and boarding pass control.

The buses access Tanger Med Port Passengers through “Tanger Med Port Center”. The police and customs controls of the bus passengers are done within the ferry terminal. An intra-port shuttle service ensures the transfer of passengers from the bus directly to the boarding area.

    • Arrival at the maritime station.
    • Recovery of the boarding pass by the driver of the bus at the counters of the maritime companies.
    • Distribution of the boarding passes to the passengers by the bus driver.
    • Verification of the boarding passes by the port authority.
    • Passport control and stamping by police services.
    • Luggage control by customs.
    • Transfer to the embarkation platform: via port shuttle.
    • Last check point before boarding: Passport and boarding pass control.
